This page features my mom’s favorites. Some of the items you will see on other pages of the blog and some will only be found here. Jewelry making is something that can be enjoyed by many and my mom found that out rather quickly. When she started buying materials and saying ‘this is for my bracelet, or my necklace’ I knew she was hooked. Next thing you know I had quite a number of projects with Mom’s name on them! She began searching for unique designs and materials online and when we would go shopping together.
With an eye for color and texture combinations and a primary style that is fun and fancy, I asked her to begin designing her own pieces. I figured I might be able to catch up on the ‘Mom jewelry projects’ if she created some of her own designs from the materials she had set aside for me to use. Many of Mom's Faves use strong elastic materials for ease of putting them on and changing them often. She also incorporates larger lobster clasps as well as magnetic clasps in many pieces as they are easier to work with when putting them on and taking them off. These materials can certainly be used in any of the Simply Be designs so please do not hesitate to ask.
This collaboration has been so successful that Mom needs a page of her own to highlight her favorites including her own designs. I am happy to introduce Mom’s Faves page! Browse all you want and I hope you find some faves of your own.
