Hi! I am Sue, designer and owner of Simply Be....Jewelry Designs. As a little girl, I loved taking my grandmother's beads and wearing them as I danced around the house. This was the very start of my love for jewelry. Jewelry is beauty that you can wear to tell your story, enhance your outfit, support an organization, remind you of loved ones and special occasions, and so much more. I have always tended to wear pieces that symbolize an aspect of who I am. I have a passion for combining nature's resources and am fortunate to be able to create custom pieces for people who will cherish them and share them with others.

Celebrating Our Furry Family Members

For those of you who have pets that you lovingly call your children, this collection is for you. Personally, I have two four-legged companions of my own…my two baby boys. Sparky, a 13 year old Border Collie/Cocker Spaniel mix and Sarge, a four year old Norwich Terrier, are my two bundles of joy. Sparky has been through so much with me…heartbreaks, moves, job changes and illness to becoming the person who I want to be. Through it all, my companion to the core, Sparky has greeted me with his tail wagging and that look of love that only our little four-legged friends can give. My little buddy and protector.
Sarge, the younger and more ornery pup, is a delight as well. With ears that seem to express his curiosity, Sarge is my little explorer. He searches the shopping bags for treasures of his own, steals my pillow at night, loves to help his Gramps catch stink bugs and sometimes only comes when he hears the sound of the treat bag.

This collection is a tribute to all of the four-legged companions that have touched our lives. I hope that you will share your companion stories on the blog as our little friends deserve to be celebrated.

My Charming Furry Friend Show off your love for your furry friend with this "charm-ing" bracelet. Beads are accented with a tag that reads DOGS, a bowl with a bone inside and the name Rover on it and a dog bone. Adorable for dog lovers everywhere. Makes a great gift for your dog walker, doggy day care workers, groomers, Veterinarians and Vet Techs.

This is Sparky amd Maddie Grace. Don't they look comfy? Maddie came to be my parents baby through a rescue. My sister found out about Maddie's need for a home, I was the transport person and made the doggie introductions, and my wonderful parents and their two "adorables" opened their home to Maddie Grace. She is a member of the family now.

Now these are the "Adorables" - Chloe (left) and Abby (right). They welcomed Maddie Grace to the family and showed her the routine. They must have taken extra time with her on the importance of treats as Maddie loves treats. These "Adorables" have got it going on in their matching scarves!

These are my sister, Amy's pups - Maggie (top left) and Gracie (bottom left). Sparky is looking on comfy in his spot on the couch. Maggie and Gracie are cute as can be and stick to their Mommy like glue.
